Amy is
frozen on Godspeed a spaceship full of secrets. On godspeed everything
is controlled. All the people are in a kind of trance and those who are
not are seen as crazy. Amy is awakened before they can reach their
destination. I personally really enjoyed this book, it was a very quick
and easy book. It had me hooked in a matter of seconds. The idea that
Amy was supposed to wake with her family but will not get to see them
anymore is devastating. She will have to die alone and her family will
not be able to see her but hey at least she has Elder. I personally
enjoyed Elder but the fact that he woke her up was kind of a let down.
He ruined her life just because she intrigued him. Like come on dude
anyone would date you why would you wake her up.
Across The Universe
is a good sci-fi book for those who are still new to sci-fi. This being
because although it does have sci-fi elements in focuses more on the
mystery of what is going on in the ship and who woke Amy up.

Red Queen By Victoria Aveyard
It's safe to say that this book definitely exceeded my expectations. I had previously heard from some close friends that it was very cliche and that the overall story had been done before. Although I do believe that it has some very commonly seen components, Red Queen certainly distinguishes itself as a very unique book.
This book has teenage romance in a way that is not overpowering to the story and although Mare does make some exceptions because of love it never clouds her judgement of things for too long. She is a strong and confident character. She just happened to trust the wrong person.
Overall I really enjoyed Red Queen. It had just the right amount of twists and turns that I personally did not see coming at all. Victoria Aveyard does an amazing job at keeping readers alert at all times. The concept behind this silver and red world is amazing.

City of Fallen Angels By Cassandra Clare
This fourth installment of Cassandra Clare's The Mortal Instruments is to die for. So far this is hands down my favorite book in the series. The biggest reason for this is because we don't know what they are really up against until it is finally revealed as Lilith. In the previous books we knew exactly what they were up against Valentine and we knew exactly what he wanted. Here they have no clue what Lilith wants until they finally see Sebastian. I also enjoyed how the different relationships have different problems. Jace is dreaming of killing Clary, Simon is two timing Izzy and Alec is doubting his relationship with Magnus. They were all done beautifully and resolved by the end of the book.
This kept me wanting more. Like I want to know how they are going to unlink Sebastian and Jace. Are Simon and Izzy going to try dating again? so many questions.
DISCLAIMER: This is my first time reading this series because until a while ago it really intimidated me. I would look at it and my head was always just like nope.

Freedoms Child By Jax Miller
This books has me very conflicted on how I personally feel about it. I really enjoyed the the overall story. I did no that this books was kind of a slow read. It is not a long book a but some things in the book dragged on too long. Freedom's child is a great novel I am just not sure how i feel about the writing style. "I received this book from Blogging for Books for this review."
